Retrofitting recycling
The Royal Decree that prohibits the use of CFCs in new refrigerating installations became effective in Belgium on 7 March 1993.
Installations which still contain older, non-environmental-friendly refrigerants therefore need to be modified. Our service department is fully equipped and trained for a professional retrofitting. We have already refilled more than 150 installations with environmental-friendly refrigerants such as R134a and R404a. The old refrigerant is eliminated by an acknowledged and authorised company. You receive a certificate of the elimination.
Inspection & Maintenance
Regular checks, preventive maintenance and replacement in time of wear parts are the foundation of a long and optimal operation of you installation. Tested and calibrated measuring equipment assure you’re the quality of each maintenance. You receive the used check list and a calibration certificate of our measuring equipment.
Modifications & Own Design
Your existing cabinets can be adapted or extended according to you specifications and with the newest technologies. This guarantees a maximum output for a minimum input. This is one of the trump cards of WEISS TECHNIK BELGIUM.
Certifying & Calibration
WEISS TECHNIK BELGIUM is ISO 9001 certified. All calibrations of your test cabinets are made according to strict regulations and procedures.
We are also able to perform DKD calibrations for temperature and climate testing systems, on site or in our own Calibration Service laboratory.

Our offices are open from Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. We treat your fax or email messages as soon as possible. Failures are repaired within 24 hours when necessary. Furthermore, a maintenance contract guarantees very fast interventions.

Recycling
Defective parts and installations that are permanently put out of order are disposed of in an environmental-friendly and legal way. In this way, we take our responsibilities in the production cycle, and we comply with the regulations concerning waste processing according to DIN, EN and ISO 9001.
Spare Parts
Our service engineers carry with them all essential spare and wear parts.
Parts that are not in store in our stockroom are immediately shipped to the customer from our head office in Germany.
