Shock test cabinets
Hidden mechanical weaknesses in electronic components are quickly revealed when test specimens are exposed to rapid thermal shock cycling. By assigning our shock test chamber, you not only reduce the number of premature failures but also increase the reliability of your products.

Temperature range hot zone from +50°C to 220°C
Temperature range cold zone from –75/-80 °C to +70°C
3-Zone Design: Type VT 7012 S3
Our positive experience gained from the 2-zone design has been integrated into this system, e.g. the well-proved vertical arrangement of the test zones. All test zones may be operated as individual systems. The middle zone allows the preconditioning and post conditioning of specimens.

For producing thermal stresses on electric components, units and systems for environmental stress screening and performance tests according to national and international standards. At a transfer time of approx. 10 sec., test specimens of 20 kg (optional 50kg) can be subject to temperature change in time-optimised operation.

Stress screening systems
These systems create the required high temperature changing rates on test specimens and, if necessary, in combination with electrical stress. Thus, they quickly reveal weak points in the design, material and production of electronic assemblies. The technology of the systems, as is to be expected from the ergonomic design provides optimum operation and reliable functioning.
