Digital measuring and control system SIMCON
This digital measuring and control system developed by Weiss Umwelttechnik with 32 bit control provides virtually unlimited programming possibilities for a self-defining climate testing range. In conjunction with the software package S!MPATI*, it provides an extremely easy-to-use simulation management system which ensures complete documentation and management of complex test series.
S!MCON/32* is a self-monitoring, digital 32 bit measuring and control system specially designed for use in climatic test cabinets. With its computing efficiency, S!MCON/32* fulfils the requirements of process technology and revolutionizes the input function with its specially developed touch panel. The touch panel (graphics ability) has a resolution of 320 x 240 pixel and is part of the standard equipping of the temperature and climatic test cabinet series VT/VC.
The S!MCON/32*-system performs all functions necessary for control. In addition to temperature and humidity control, it also has a software PLC which coordinates all electrical functions and provides information on errors and malfunctions.

Software S!MPATI
The system software S!MPATI* enables optimum operation of your environmental simulation and oven systems for performing tests in the fields of research, development and production. S!MPATI* has a web server at its disposal which processes the relevant information and places it into the PC network. It can be retrieved by any PC through the means of a suitable Internet Browser. S!MPATI* contains a JAVA-Applet which enables the operation and control from any authorised PC in the network via Internet Browser.
Thanks to user-friendly operation and self-explanatory menu guiding no menu training is necessary. Online-help responds to any questions you may have. S!MPATI* integrates itself into your PC-network and enables the operation with your Internet Browser from other PC’s without needing special software.

Validation of test systems and of software
The FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and ICH (International Conference of Harmonization) demand, not only in the fields of medicines and foodstuffs but also in the field of aerospace, verification that a system does exactly what it should do.
The documentation established by Weiss Technik is based on DIN ISO 9000 pp and is especially tailored to test systems for performing stability tests and for the storing of drugs and medicines.
