HeatEvent provides the highest interior volume with the smallest footprint. Thanks to iE3 motors, improved insulation and the reliable door-sealing concept, the ovens operate with maximum energy efficiency. The HeatEvent series is equipped as standard with the digital SiMPAC® measurement and control system and the innovative WEBSeason® user interface. This facilitates simple operation and monitoring of the heating and drying oven, the creation of complex temperature programs and the automation of processes in accordance with AMS 2750E or CQI-9. High process reliability is achieved thanks to the safety concept.

The VTL series enables you to safely control these heating and drying processes by limiting the quantity of solvent involved. Solvents are emitted during the drying of surface coatings, varnishes and impregnation resins, which, when mixed with air, can result in explosive atmospheres.
VTL was developed especially for these processes. The safety concept fulfils the requirements of the EN 1539.

The Solution for Reliable Heat Treatment and Drying
For critical conditions as they occur, e. g. in the chemical, pharmaceutical and electronics industry, the heating and drying ovens of the VTUW series have been designed to fulfil considerably higher requirements than conventional dryers for coating materials.
The volume of flammable substances that can be introduced is virtually unlimited. The heating and drying ovens comply with category 2 devices and can thus be installed in zones 1 and 2 of areas where there is a danger of explosion.
Design in compliance with device group ll, i. e. suitable for solvents of temperature classes T1, T2, T3, T4 and explosion groups llA and llB.

The drying oven VFT 60/90 of Vötsch provides with its safety concept of primary and secondary explosion protection measures for safe heat treatment processes in areas of the chemical, pharmaceutical, paint and basic material industry.
Thanks to it's small footprint, this oven is also suitable for installation in laboratories.

If you wish to sterilise quickly, reliably and cost-effectively, the dry heat sterilisation method is an attractive alternative to other available systems.
This method only employs air, thus enabling sterilisation to be carried out at high temperatures. Dependent on the temperature level, the sterilisation process is considerably faster than with other methods and is thereby time-saving and economical. Furthermore, the investment costs are comparatively low. Thanks to the high temperatures, the sterilisation process requires no chemicals, which results in further advantages.
Vötsch offers dry heat sterilisers for the clean room specifications ISO 5 and 7 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1.
